It’s been a busy and great start to the year! We want to take a moment and share some of the best news from the past month about Tutor.com and the students and organizations that we are happy to support.
There’s been a lot in the news lately about military families. President Obama has asked that we ‘support military families 100%’. Read all about this unprecedented support here. We are proud that our Department of Defense funded programs supports military children, military spouses and active duty soldiers with their scholastic and career goals.
Karen Jowers, staff writer for the Military Times, calls Tutor.com one of the most progressive programs for military families in the past decade.
We were happy to participate in the Military One Source webinar series designed to aid military families with everything from parenting and homework to money management and debt.

Julie Weintraub left snowed-in New York for the warmer climes of Fort Lauderdale! She visited some great Broward County schools training teachers and speaking in front of hundreds of ninth graders.
